Since January of 2015, Centro’s dynamic ambiance and modern American tapas menus, have brought that “big metropolitan locale feeling” to our Biggest Little City. Our owner was influenced by traveling to Spain and always wanted to open a small plate restaurant, drawing inspiration from the famous "Tapas bars" so common there. Our long standing core crews have dedicated themselves to surprising and delighting our patrons, with new and exciting preparations time and again.
